Your right to deletion
You can request the deletion of your personal data from BizWizHub at any time. Upon receiving a verified request, we will permanently delete your account, profile information, and any personal data associated with your account from our active systems within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your business profile and listings
- Your personal contact information
- Any messages and chat history you are a party to
- Your documents stored in the Vault
- Your Facebook or Google social login connection
What may be retained
Certain records may be retained where required by law. Invoices and financial transaction records may be kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. Any data retained will be de-identified where possible and will not be used for any commercial purpose.
How to submit a request
To request the deletion of your data, send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your BizWizHub account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Email support@bizwizhub.comThis page satisfies the Facebook Platform data deletion requirements under Meta's Platform Terms. Users who signed up via Facebook Login may also revoke BizWizHub's access to their Facebook account at any time through Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
